Erin brings a detail-driven, steady, and deeply analytical approach to managing 50+ entities, balancing routine precision with the challenge of constant change across the portfolio.

Professional Journey

Erin began her career in public accounting, spending eight years as an auditor supervising engagement teams and guiding clients through proper accounting treatment and financial reporting. Her work covered a wide range of industries, with a strong concentration in real estate and non-profit entities.

This grounding in audit rigor gave her a deep understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and the relationship between transactions and accurate financial outcomes—skills that directly inform her leadership at Elmhurst.
