Professional Journey

Justin brings over a decade of institutional real estate experience across acquisitions, finance, and investor relations. Prior to joining Elmhurst, he served as Vice President of Investments at The Dermot Company, where he helped lead multifamily acquisitions and asset management across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Earlier, he held key roles at Aulder Capital, Mission Capital, and Cushman & Wakefield, in New York City, underwriting and closing more than $1 billion in transactions across major U.S. markets.

At Elmhurst, Justin leads the firm’s investor communications, financial analysis, and strategic partnerships, guiding the continued expansion of Elmhurst’s investment platform and its growing presence in multifamily and adaptive-reuse sectors. His ability to translate data into insight and strategy into action strengthens the bridge between Elmhurst’s investors, leadership, and community partners.

A graduate of Duke University and New York University, Justin combines technical expertise with a human-centered perspective—helping Elmhurst deliver on its promise of disciplined investment and lasting impact.
