Paige Rees
Executive Coordinator

Professional Journey
Paige began her career in academic administration, serving as an Administrative and Editorial Assistant at the American Economic Association, where she quickly became known for her accuracy, responsiveness, and coordination of complex office functions. Her work supporting editorial workflows—bibliographic citations, publication summaries, and data organization—sharpened the precision and communication skills that now serve her well in a real estate investment environment.
Before that, she worked with the Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, developing and facilitating large-scale educational programs for high school students across the region. Teaching rooms of 5 to 150 students strengthened her adaptability, presentation skills, and ability to build trust quickly—skills she now applies in stakeholder interactions, board meeting preparation, and investor-facing coordination. Her earlier service work as a Community Integration Counselor reinforced her instinct for individualized support and human connection.
Today at Elmhurst, Paige serves as Executive Coordinator, supporting the CEO, managing interoffice events, coordinating board logistics, contributing to accounting processes, and shaping communication through local advertising and LinkedIn editorial work. She is often the first point of contact for partners and investors, grounding each interaction in professionalism and warmth. In an environment where precision, trust, and clarity matter deeply, Paige ensures the operational heartbeat of Elmhurst stays steady—enabling the company’s leadership to focus on long-term strategy and meaningful investment work.
“I believe the details of a workplace become the foundation of the relationships we build.”
