Ray Rupp
Site Manager

Professional Journey
Ray is Elmhurst’s longest-tenured Property Management team member, having joined the firm in 2013. Over more than a decade, he has become a trusted steward of seven buildings across four Cranberry Township properties. His work blends tenant service, vendor coordination, operational oversight, and on-the-ground decision-making—ensuring each property runs smoothly no matter what the day brings.
Before Elmhurst, Ray served as Facilities Manager at Pittsburgh’s Stage AE, one of the region’s most active live-entertainment venues. Managing complex event schedules, large crowds, and high-volume infrastructure taught him the importance of rapid problem-solving, calm under pressure, and meticulous planning—skills that now underpin his leadership across Elmhurst’s portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Ray built and ran a residential home-building company for 25 years, constructing more than 100 homes throughout Cranberry Township. That entrepreneurial chapter shaped his ability to manage contractors, understand building systems intimately, and deliver durable, high-quality spaces—an expertise he now applies daily to Elmhurst’s commercial assets.
“Show up early, stay adaptable, and take care of people — that’s how buildings thrive.”
Character Shaping Contribution
Each Elmhurst team member brings a distinct sense of purpose — shaped by interests, values, and perspectives that extend beyond the office. These glimpses into life outside work reveal the same qualities that define Elmhurst’s culture of care, discipline, and long-term vision.
